Whats the difference between RX and Scaled Weights ?

RX: Choose RX if you’re confident you can complete the workout using the prescribed weights and movements throughout.

Scaled: Choose Scaled if you think you may need to reduce the weight or use a scaled movement at any point during the workout. You can scale as much or as little as needed at each station, but using any scaled option at any point will place you in the Scaled results category overall.

Not sure which to choose? If there’s a chance you’ll need to scale at any station, please select Scaled when signing up. This ensures you’re placed in the correct results category.
