What is happening?

We have migrated to a new booking platform and are currently in the process of importing existing bookings to the new system.

What does this mean for me?

If you booked on or prior to 23rd December 2025 via our old platform, you will no longer be able to access your original booking/profile.

How do I now access my booking?

As we import bookings from the old platform to the new, you will receive a new booking confirmation in due course. These are being imported in chronological order, so you should receive confirmation(s) for earlier events sooner than those for later events. Please bear with us as we make the transition to the new system.

How do I access my old profile?

You will no longer be able to access your profile on the old system, but will instead need to create one on the new platform. Note that it is not necessary to create a new profile - you will already be able to manage your bookings via the link in each confirmation email - but doing so will allow you to manage all of your bookings in one place.

How do I create a new profile?

If you already have a user profile with our new booking platform eventrac (if you have booked an event with another organiser using this platform in the past, for example), then you can login using the same email and password at https://www.wildhybrid.co.uk/users/login. If you don’t already have a profile, you can create one on the same page.

If you receive a message that The user could not be saved then you already have a profile. Please return to the previous page and utilise the option to initiate a password reset instead.

How do I add bookings to my new user profile?

There are two ways you can import bookings to your profile. Once you are signed in to your new/existing account, follow either of the steps below.

1. Via the Bookings page, click to validate your email address. Doing so will send an email to your registered address, and following the link will subsequently verify your email. You will then have the option to Find My Bookings via the same page. Clicking this button will show, and allow you to import, any bookings for Wild Hybrid made with the same email address. Note that such bookings will only be visible once imported from the old system.

2. If you have already received a new confirmation email for your booking, click on Import Bookings (again via the Bookings page). Enter the Booking Reference and PIN from your confirmation email and click to Assign Booking to My Account.

In both cases, your entry should now appear on your Bookings page. Note that you cannot import bookings using references from our old system, you will only be able to do so once you have received confirmation of the booking on the new platform.

I participate at both Wild Hybrid and Wild Deer Events, do I need two user profiles?

Whilst your bookings for Wild Deer Events and Wild Hybrid events will only be accessible by signing in to your profile on the respective websites, you only need one account to do so. Once you have created a new profile for either (or if you already have one with the new platform), you can use the same login details to access each of the websites.
